RAOUL A/W 2011
Local brand Raoul needs no introduction as since its inception in 2002, it has grown from a men's shirt label to a complete ready to wear collection in 2008. Showing off what looks to be inspired by the flight attendants from the 1960s, Raoul showcased its A/W 2011 collection.
With its minimalistic office wear chic approach, the A/W 2011 collection looks to target the busy working lady with its office safe colours and yet with a touch of design that have a chance of making the male collogues turn for a second look.
All good things have to come to an end and to close this year's fantastic Audi Fashion Festival is Emanuel Ungaro with their A/W 2011 collection featuring Creative Director Giles Deacon. If there are words to describe the collection, it would be fierce, sexy and daring.
From black themed designs to dress with colourful prints and even a hint of black terminiator-ish feel with the chains, dominatrix shoulders and slick-black hair, this was definitely a collection worthy of closing the event. Even the choice of music and the animated backgrounds were well thought of and complimented the whole show really well. You could tell the audience really enjoyed themselves.
