Uber and Art Loft Asia are featuring limited-edition SG50 Art Prints created by local artists on uberART cars with the launch of #ArtOnTheMove. Each of the five featured artists have been hand-picked by rider votes in Singapore. Funds raised by the initiative will be put towards The Business
Times Budding Artists Fund that provides fully-sponsored arts training programmes for young people from financially-disadvantaged backgrounds.
At Art Loft Asia, we’re all about doing things differently. Taking art out of its typical white box space and allowing anyone and everyone to experience art in a fun, engaging and unconventional way. This partnership with Uber allows us to do just that.
Alexandra Eu, Co-founder of Art Loft Asia.
Uber is all about celebrating cities. Arts and culture is an important part of Singapore and we’re thrilled to partner with Art Loft Asia to leverage our platform to advance the local arts scene and support the creation of Singapore’s future artists.
Yaniv Goder, GM Singapore, Uber.
